Favourite Seat Subscription

Want to come to the same performance day of the schedule (ex. first Friday evening, or second Saturday matinee) and sit in the same seat every time? A Favourite Seat Subscription is for you! The best part is that we keep your seat for you and give you first dibs at renewing, so you can sit in your seat season after season.

    • Looking to purchase a Favourite Seat subscription for the first time? Click the Renew My Subscription Online Now link under the Flex Subscription Renewal steps, login to your account and then choose the subscription package for the scheduled performance day you want to attend.

Opening Night Subscripton

If you want to come to every opening night then this subscription is for you! Be the first to see the play and celebrate with the cast and crew after the performance. Complimentary hors d’oeurves and sparkling wine is included with your subscription.

Regular Flex Subscription

Want the flexibility to see the plays on different days and sit in different seats to match your schedule? No problem! A Flex subscription means you can pick what performance works for you for each play and we will put you in the best seat available.

  • Want to see an opening night performance for one or two of the plays? An Opening Night Flex is the subscription for you. Opening nights are not included in the options for a Regular Flex Subscription.

Opening Night Flex

Want to come to opening night but can’t make it to all three? An Opening Night Flex subscription offers the best deal. You can select the opening nights that you can attend and then choose from all the other performances for the ones you can’t make it to.

Buy Now Book Later

Need some time to figure out what performances you want to attend? Book a Buy Now Book Later subscription and you will get a voucher for each play that you can redeem when you’re ready. Give the box office a call, e-mail, or visit in person, and we will book you a seat for your chosen performance.

 

Need to change your tickets after you have purchased your subscription?

No problem! You can exchange your tickets if you need to attend a different performance by contacting the box office at minimum 48 hours before your performance. Each ticket exchange is subject to a $3.50 fee. Want to skip the fees? Donations of $50 or over give you free exchanges for the whole season!

Simcoe Little Theatre does not issue refunds. If we are forced to cancel your scheduled performance, we will happily exchange your tickets or provide you with a credit.

Click the button at the bottom of this e-mail and login to your ticket account.  

  • If you don’t have an account click the Create An Account button.  
  • If you have not logged in for a while and do not remember your password, you can click Forgot Password? and you will be guided through the steps to reset your password.

Choose Flex Subscription from the list of subscription types. Enter the number of subscriptions you are looking to renew and select any of the seating options that are relevant to your seating preferences using the check boxes and drop down menu. The system will automatically select the best seat option for you based on your preferences.

  • If you would like to select your own seat location, please contact the box office to purchase your subscription instead of using the online ordering system. The system will not provide a seat map for you to choose from, it automatically places you in best seat(s) available.Click Continue
  • To see the types of subscriptions offered with descriptions, please see the Subscription Types tab at the top of this page.

On the next page you will need to select a performance date for each play. Once you have used the drop down to select the date of your choosing click Add To Subscription. You will need to do this for all three plays.

Once you have selected all of your performance dates review them and make any necessary changes.

On the right hand side you can review the performances and total cost of the subscription(s). There is a seating request text box at the bottom of the page where you can include any notes for the box office.

  • Please note: Requests are not guaranteed, they will be reviewed by the box office, and you will be contacted directly. You must complete the purchase for the requests to be processed. If you would like to know if your request can be accommodated prior to paying for your 2023/2024 subscription, please use the form or contact the box office directly (519-583-0505).   

Once confirmed please click Add Subscription To Cart

Once in your Cart you can review all of your performance dates, times and seats. If something is incorrect, click the X icon at the top right to cancel your purchase. You will then have to go through the previous steps and reinput your subscription. Once ready click Check Out

On the check-out page confirm your contact information is correct (top left) and select the delivery method for your tickets – hold at the box office, print at home or standard mail.

  • Please note the standard mail options includes a minimal fee of $2.50.

Below your billing information, you will see a place to enter a donation. All donations made with an SLT subscription will be placed into a specific SLT account and use to support SLT’s season. Once you have entered a dollar value and clicked Add Donation To Cart you will be asked to review your cart with the added donation and then click the Check-Out button at the bottom of the page.

  • Enjoy free exchanges with donations of $50 or more. Remove the hassle of paying an exchange fee if you need to switch dates closer to the performance.
  • Lighthouse Festival manages the operational and administrative duties for Simcoe Little Theatre, allowing the volunteers to focus on what they love – creating art and an outstanding patron experience. Tax receipts for donations over $20 will be issued by Lighthouse Festival.

Once you have confirmed the items in your cart are correct at the bottom of the page you will enter your credit card payment information and select Buy Now. This will complete your transaction. You will receive a confirmation e-mail detailing your subscription renewal.  

Patrons that choose to print their tickets at home will receive their tickets the same day as their purchase is processed in a separate e-mail.
Patrons that choose standard mail will receive their tickets two to three weeks after purchasing.
